The Every Little Thing Budget Planner is provided by Every Little Thing Planners, trading as Every Little Thing (“we”, “us”). When you create an account or purchase access, you are entering into an agreement with us. You can reach us at hello@everylittlethingwedding.com.

By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the planner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have authority to accept it on behalf of the organisation you represent.

A one-time purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the interactive planner for your own wedding planning. Your entries are saved to your account so the book stays in step across your own phone, tablet, and computer, up to the device limit shown at sign-in.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. Those mechanics are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it current. Access is for you and your household; sharing credentials so that additional people can use a single purchase is not permitted.

You agree not to misuse the planner. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with its security — no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to circumvent access limits or unlock codes;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the planner or its contents.

We own the planner and everything in it — the software, the chapter structure, the written content, the artwork, and the branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. The entries you type in remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you.

We work hard to keep the planner running, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The planner is a budgeting and organising tool, not financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment is reversed or charged back, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if policy violations are repeated or serious. If your access ends, you may ask us for a copy of your entries within thirty days, after which they may be deleted.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Every Little Thing Planners is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts there.
