Refund Policy

If the planner is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will honour it. You do not need to explain why. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without a purchase you regret.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or write to us at hello@everylittlethingwedding.com and we will start it for you.

Once a refund is approved, the money is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, and is usually a few business days. Access to the planner ends when the refund is issued, and any unlock key created by that order stops working.

You are welcome to ask us for a copy of anything you entered before your access ends — just say so in your request.

If your copy was a gift, the refund belongs to whoever paid for it. Reach out to us and we will help sort it out kindly on both sides.
